At Immanuel we’re followers of Jesus, who love each other & those around us. We’re child friendly, with a special Children's Church (appropriate for young folks of different ages) during worship time. And we offer casual worship, using both traditional & contemporary forms of music. We will make you feel welcome!
Our building is handicapped accessible. To attend worship, please enter through the front entrance on Laurens Street.

Our focus centers on following Jesus in our everyday lives. We seek to be a blessing to real people in our world. To make these goals reality, we have structured the style of our services to reflect the diversity of those who worship with us in our present day. We strive to faithfully blend the best of the past with the best of the present in ways that are easy for all to embrace. We have renovated our worship space to ensure that it is both reverent of God and welcoming to guests. Recognizing that we live in more relaxed times than days-gone-by, our worship is casual, without being a “pep rally.”
We follow the Church’s lectionary reading schedule, to ensure we cover most of the Bible’s main themes over the course of 3 years.
Our musicians play both contemporary and traditional music during most services. Vocalists and instrumentalists are welcome to join them.
A special Children's Church is part of every worship service—children attend the first and last parts of the service with their families, and have a special worship and message in the middle that is tailored to their needs and interests. Children are also welcome to remain in the regular worship service with their families. Occasionally, children help lead the service too!
Immanuel practices early Communion. However, if you have children who are not ready to participate, you are encouraged to bring them to receive a blessing from Pastor.
Mission & Vision
Our Mission: To share Jesus with others by being Christs in thought, word, and deed.
Our Vision: To be an open and authentic faith community striving to reach the un-churched.
